Electric cooperatives are governed by a board of trustees, consisting of co-op members who reside in the districts they represent. As a member of Mid-Ohio Energy Cooperative Inc., you have the opportunity each year to participate in the democratic process by electing trustees to represent your interests on the board or by voting on other important items (such as updates to the Code of Regulations) concerning your cooperative.

The 2021 Mid-Ohio Energy Cooperative Election will be held from March 8 to April 8. All votes must be received by 11:59 p.m. on April 8, 2021. You may vote for one (1) candidate for each district on a single ballot and on the Code of Regulations, and may only submit one (1) ballot per membership.

After clicking the Begin Voting button below, you will be directed to a secure web site for this voting process. You will first be prompted for your Election PIN (provided by mail).

After logging on, you will start the process. Select the candidates you want to vote for and whether you vote to accept the proposed changes to the Code of Regulations, then click the Next button. Finally, review your votes and press the Submit button to cast your ballot.
